Referral Reward

The Referral Reward program is an incentive for vendor accounts only. Vendors can share their referral code with new vendors. If the new vendor completes registration and payment with the code, both sides receive a benefit based on the store setup cost.

1) Who can use referral codes

• Referral codes are valid for vendor registrations only.
• The referrer and the new account must both be vendors.
• Referral codes are case-insensitive.
• Self-referrals are not allowed.
• Only one referral can be applied to a new vendor account.

2) Reward structure

Rewards are calculated from the store setup cost and the referral reward percentage configured by Ap Ki Shop.

• Current reward percentage: 25% of the store setup cost.
• Referee discount: applied to the store setup portion of the payment when a valid referral code is used.
• Referrer credit: becomes available after the referred vendor's payment is verified.

Reward formula: store setup cost x 25%

3) How it works

1. An existing vendor shares their referral code.
2. The new vendor enters the code during vendor registration.
3. When the new vendor completes the store setup payment, the discount is applied.
4. After payment verification, the referrer receives referral credit.

4) Using referral credit

• Referral credit can be applied to subscription payments or extensions.
• Credits appear in Vendor Dashboard > Subscription History (Referral Credit).
• Referral credits have no cash value and are not transferable.

5) Restrictions and abuse prevention

• Ap Ki Shop may cancel or withhold rewards for duplicate accounts, false information, payment reversals, or policy violations.
• Rewards are linked to the accounts involved and cannot be reassigned.

We may update the referral program or the reward percentage. The latest details will be shown on this page.
